you can't use vouches as an act of currency. sorry
but usually when you do work for someone they give you a vouch.

 

He's right, vouches are an optional thing for the trained person to reward the trainer.

You aren't allowed to demand vouches for the training, possibly use you when you are open.

Instead of saying, "Training for vouches"
Say, "training for free". People will almost ALWAYS vouch you afterwords.
