Training at Ghouls

So I am training at the ghouls and I am just using guths body and legs, bandos boots, glory, ring of wealth, obby cape, and a sara sword. I am wondering what the optimum set up would be to speed up my exp/h? I don't have salve amulet, so not a choice at this point. Would claws help the speed any or what do you guys think?

I am working on 80/85/80 and I am wondering if it would be faster to go back to killing moss giants because those are generally empty but I can hardly find an empty ghoul world.

 

Bandit's are afkable and good exp
If your using guthans, I doubt you will have to use much food at all

 

Just a tip, do Defender of Varrock (I think its a master but its fairly easy and short quest) and train at armoured zombies as they are easily 100k an hour + and 120k + with extremes.
If you can afford it use bandos dragon scimitar and dragon defender as I think it has a higher accuracy. Swap the ring of wealth for a berserker ring and you should be sweet. If cash is an issue, stick to your setup but defiantly go to zombies, they are so much better.

Yeah, I am working on this. Just gotta get my agility up and that is a pain in the butt.

 

I hate agility too but it's really worth it.
