proof i have that beileves roids is scamming, first he is telling people he bought the account for arcus gold

@Excelont I dont think roids is a scammer. Arcusgold first of all dont created the acc. idk who created the acc but he can't recover account and he can"t help about the recovery. Last time my acc get recovery i lost like 200m 07 take like 1month about arcusgold replying + cant recovery my account telling my account is locked and he cant unlock it wtf.

Sorry but arcusgold need to stop selling account if he cant confirm he is the original owner too much incompetant worker on the site like arcus lili and the other one !

 

Damn, i was not aware they are not the oo. I thought all the account they sell were ones they created. If arcus can confirm he cant recover or is not the oo i will remove arcus being oo on the tread.

The problem with arcusgold is he reply fast when u buying the acc but when u try to sell it or recover it they dont give a fuck. take me like 1month for a refund and its with the help of mod here because after 1month they dont give a fuck about me and if he take more time mod gonna banned us. Pretty sure he is not the original owner of the acc why arcusgold cant recover my acc lvl 120 because i train it and refund me a acc lvl 90 wtf.

yeah tau its not arcus the oo pretty sure. + if you check the post when excelon put the name he never reply after and log in at 7h pm arcus always ignoring people like me the first time he take 2week to reply

 

lol well I've always bought stuff off him and he replies quickly for me, great support so idk.

Actually, when I had some issues he did reply. I sent in a report that night and next morning he emailed me.

Looks like the account was from us. The accounts are created by my team. We would not advise someone to purchase an account off anyone other than us - as we cannot guarantee that the person who bought it from us can't recover the account if they've added their own details, used a credit card for membership, etc. Also due to this, we cannot guarantee that we would be able to recover the account. We retain almost no creation information as the accounts are created specifically for sale.

 

So why last time u cant unlock my acc, u got the first ip? first password ? first membership and you know when u created the account? jagex give the acc if you know first password and if you have the first ip.

 

If people buy membership with a credit card that information will also be required for recovery. That means Arcus will no longer to be able to recover an account. They also don't retain creation info.
Moral of the story is. Don't buy an account from them if you plan on reselling it. Which is why they sent a pm to sadyboy saying that it is possible for the seller to recover it regardless of Arcus selling it to him or not.
