Scammed by user: Dictate

Hello, I used to use Sythe a while back and was reminded why I do not anymore. The user "Dictate" (kik: d.xtz) claims and has proof of owning the gt "NFO", but is not in the right mind to sell it. Not only was the tag cheap ($15 offer) he also claims to have the gt "Still". I messaged him through his kik and proceeded to purchase. After sending money he said he needed to verify his Paypal email. I replied saying sketchy. And he showed an email from the day before today (11/9/16) that was actually a paypal verification email. He since then has not replied or gave me the gt. Anyways DWC and if i need to post proof i can but i am on my phone atm. I have all the screenshots needed to do so if required thanks.
