Updating OP. Selling 2.5M cash at 1:15, select any items you want (10M + value total) at 1:12, or if you buy all my cash and my items everything will be sold at 1:12. Literally don't care anymore and just want it sold so I can play Fallout and not worry about this stuff.

E.g.
-Buy 10M worth of stuff for me and the 2.5M cash at 1:12
-Buy 5M worth of stuff from me for 1:12 and 2.5M cash at 1:15

Sold Couple a load of potions at 1:12. Still 2.65M cash and a load more items to go. Roughly 12M stock left.
