70+ in attack, defense, hp
1-45def if 45 def all turmoil pure quests must be completed please including void stares back, full RFD, lunar diplomacy and desert treasure
Range not really fussed 70+ would be nice
Skilling stats, don't mind they can be 1's even.
Summoning, doesn't matter but preferably low.

A little bit of money left on account for gear would help to get started.
