OSRS Guide - NMZ Service (Banned for botting)

Hi Admins,

My pure who has been in the hands of OSRS Guide for 2 weeks for his "hand done NMZ service" has been perm banned for botting. I have a Skype picture which I will list below admitting that he botted. Afterwards he deleted me from Skype. I'm not the only person OSRS Guide has told he does this is done by hand and upon request I can share details of another Sythe user who has many vouches to back me up on this case as he was also told the same.

The pure in question was purchased 3 weeks ago by an SVU for 110M.

I have a feeling a refund is unlikely but if it was to happen I am asking for the sum of not only his services, but the supplies used and the GP I used to initially buy the account. This would total 220M 07 RSGP.

If this cannot be met I advise Sythe to permanently ban this user to avoid others being scammed. Either way I recommend that he is no longer allowed to sell his servers through Sythe.

And also, where did you two agree on hand done services?

 

OSRS Guide's TOS don't mean anything. Sythe rules > someone's TOS.
In addition, GW AS didn't ask if they were hand-done (because he assumed so - it's your responsibility to tell him since it's botted) however I have contacted one of your customers that did in fact ask you if it's hand-done or botted. Banning OSRS Guide until he fully refunds GW AS and receive a TWC upon his unban for his negligence and lying towards a staff member.
