Trading 3 mill for a Rapidshare Account!

Okay, so I need a new rapidshare account. It will be a new 1 month account, for 3 mill. I will be paying 1.5 mill as soon as I log in and see it's credit/status and the other 1.5 mill will be payed when the accounts time is up so nothing tricky is pulled.
