80+ HP
Quests:major quests done,access to dragon+ GLOVES(LOWER=DENIED) and all dragon weaps.

RANGER needs:
85+range
75+HP
1/45 def (accs with 46def and + are DENIED)
Quests:major quests done.

ANY ACCOUNT THAT DOESNT MEET THE REQUIRMENTS WILL GET DENIED AND I WONT EVEN WASTE MY TIME!!
