Link to/reason for TWC:
I have no idea to be honest. I do not understand why I have received this "Trade With Caution". I have never had any scam reports and have never really harassed anyone or caused any issues when dealing with trades.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
I don't think I have done anything sketchy. I have treated all my sellers fairly and never had any issues with them. I don't think any one person has an issue with me.
Anything else you wish to say:
I am a university student and currently have residency there. I am only able to log onto the University internet so as a result I only go on this site using their internet on many locations. I may have some IP issues. As far as I know that is the only thing I have read and thought of as to why I have the "Trade With Caution". I don't mean to cause any trouble but this is causing some issues when I want to buy or sell something. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
