Trade Issue

I just finished doing 2 trades, one with boglagold (which went smooth and easy)

and this last one with julia ([www.rsmalls.com]★[500+Vouches]★[1500+Powerbot]★[500+OSbot]★Julia's RS Gold Shop) RsMalls person,

who has sent my payment to paypal, but under some method where i cannot receive any money unless i provide shipping details and proof of sent goods (in the condition it says it has to be physical).

i am sitting here in chat trying to figure out how to get this solved and am getting very slow and nearly any replies,

From what I can see, it appears that you can't do a lot here considering their is no tracking number for you to provide. I've messaged Julia to see if there's a way you two can refund each other.

Other staff, please review this as I haven't seen this before.

 

i continued with the chat, they are telling me to come back tomorrow, and saying they already sold my cash, i don't like this because this leaves a lot of time for disputed transactions, the payment just before was smooth (with bogla) no pending, just direct transfer. yet they are blaming me and my paypal for this entire problem. updated logs of transaction with them wanting to delay:

i've explained to them that i have talked to paypal, and theres nothing i can do with this transaction type, that even up to feb 13th, without tracking id or anything, payment may be rejected and sent back to them without any option.

I've given rsmalls the option of sending it properly, or returning my cash to me in game.

 

After some assistance from another Sythe member and a bit of Googling, apparently there will be an option for you to add tracking info, but there should be an option that allows you to not enter the info, however regardless, you will still have to wait until the 13th of February to receive the money.

It is more or less an issue on behalf of your PayPal, RSMalls haven't seen the money wrong. There's nothing fishy about it all, you'll get your money eventually, you'll just have to wait, or see if you can get them to refund you.

 

ok thank you, 3 weeks seems a little much, not sure why paypal would randomly do this when i just did a transaction for way more without needing any shipping or pending. as i remember from buying i had to select (gift) not buy. which makes it easier. and truly instant without fees. i'd still rather get my money back if i have to wait 3 weeks. i will stay in contact with RSMalls, and with paypal, thank you for your help.
