    What should I do?

    I don't want to risk giving the rest of my cash without part of the payment in return but he is refusing to give any of it until the entire trade is complete nor refund the 800m I have already given.

    Update: Since then he has deleted me from skype. Added me again

    You can request a refund from the owner of the account. The hacking is irresponsible of him and I believe you'll be eligible for a full refund.

    I wouldn't think so. It's your duty to look into every facet of a trade/trader, and since you didn't use an OMM...
    I hate to say it but more than likely, it's a loss you'll have to take

    Nope the scammer posted on his thread from kj2's account so it has to be him and if it isn't him thats even more cause for concern. People love being favorited on this website, I feel bad when people lose millions upon millions because of some high-profile reputation.
