Trade clean account for Steam game key.

I'm looking for a fresh Steam account. The only requirements are that it not have any permanent bans and it must not be a "limited" account (you can test this by seeing if you can vote on Greenlight games). I don't care if it has any games or not. I'm looking to trade it for a Steam key for the game "Straima" worth $7.99.
