    Very interesting, I wonder how much this argument will be used for file sharing cases in the future.

    They pretty much threw out the technical side of things and ruled on intent, which I think is a shame.

    Wow 3.6million that's not going to help anyone. The only way I would be happy to with the verdict is if the money went straight to the people who make everything happen.
