"Repressive - Buying/Selling GP#3090" Scammed me!!!! 50$ worth

Explanation of the trade: I was attempting to purchase GP
Amount scammed:50$
How they scammed: I traded he showed money(GP) i then sent money (50$) he then declined and logged off. Following by blocking me on discord and then unblocking me to attempt and save him self from this sad BS...
Proof that it's their Discord:When he was a host in Elite Rank he sold me some GP before. After getting kicked out (present time) he scammed me.

I've been scammed for over 400$ before and haven't reported it because they eventually payed me back to prevent me from doing this. but this Repressive - Buying/Selling GP#3090 should not be allowed to make any deals with members because of this scamming business.
