In order for me to get the torso, you must have the following: 40+ attack, a weapon you can use, 40+ strength, armor, medium to high health, and/or 60+ range, 56+ magic. For summers end (quest), you must have done spirit of summer, I will not require food or potions, you must have all the stats for the quest before-hand. I would highly prefer if you had a spotted/spottier cape, and/or boots of lightness. You must have a games necklace with 8 charges, and over 40 health...
