Topelt - Scammer

Ok,

I went to buy 300M off topelt, bout first 150M in increments, me going first, I paid for second 150M increment, he logged and didn't provide the mills. Told me his PC crashed, then I asked for him to log in, he didnt, he then said he'd pay me back, he didn't, he then asked for me to send more money for his santa. I refused to send more money, he won't provide mills or refund.

I should mention I am in the process of getting my money back over Paypal, I provided him plenty of opportunity to refund me. I am claiming back all my money that he has taken including the money that he provided mills for. If it is decided that I should refund him the rsgp he gave me that is fine, just I am disputing all money sent to him.
