Topbar on rounded theme - comments?

I think it looks fine, nice addition.

 

It would be nice if it could come to Nextgen Lite theme >_<

 

First off, I think it's a strong site improvement, so good job.

My one comment would be to change the color to match one of the forum colors exactly instead of being a similar blue (I'm in NextgenLite - MoonGlare - Rounded). Tbh, I didn't notice this difference until this thread asked me to look carefully, but it might still make an aesthetic difference.

o, it looked better transparent with just the icons when I was on my ipod is kind of an eye-sore when I go on the homepage but I suppose I'll get used to it

maybe a show/hide for those of us who don't need it

 

Sythe, I think it would look better if it were integrated with the top userbar and the unnecessary parts up there removed. Also the color is different to the regular sythe stuff which just makes it look out of place.

Out of the top userbar the following hyperlinks could be removed to make space because they are unnecessary.

Sythe.org Forums (Header is right below it & is hyperlinked, no point having both

User CP could be merged with Quick Links as a lot of it doubles up

Members List is not useful

Calendar is not useful

New Posts is not useful


Love the recent effort you are showing with the site.

 

My only issue with the bar is that the Off-Topic icon looks a bit unprofessional and that all of the icons are not the same size.
I would also tweak the colour or follow JackGoff's suggestion. I don't think it fits the site's style.

 

I would change the icons for other markets and off topic.
