Grindcore is way too brutal, Deathcore and Metalcore is my type.

Bring Me the Horizon (Deathcore/latest album is post-hardcore)
Architects (Metalcore/Hardcore)
Parkway Drive (Metalcore)
I Killed the Prom Queen (Metalcore)
Norma Jean (Hardcore)

Danm, why'd you have to bring this thread back up lol. You guys have this mixed up. Real hardcore are bands like black flag and stuff, and the bands i've posted up there. Not all these metalcore/metal/death metal genres.

I guess hardcore is looked at differently now.

Lets get this straight
1. None of the bands that OP posted are hardcore punk or even punk for that matter
2. Lets not derail this thread with grindshit, deathshit, or metalcoreshit
3. Heres my list

-Black Flag
-Minor Threat
-Dead Kennedys
-Gang Green
-7 Seconds

Anti Flag
Rage Against the Machine
The Sex Pistols
Black Flag
Minor Threat

Mm 7 seconds, good band. I'd have to argue against what you said about the bands I posted not being hardcore or even punk. The bands I've posted are somewhat new but have just taken the genre a little in their own direction.

You only have one band up there that is Grindcore XD.

Suicide Silence = Deathcore
WhiteChapel = Brutal Deathcore
Disfiguring The Goddess = Grindcore
Winds Of Plague = Death Metal/ Deathcore
Job For A Cowboy = Death Metal/Deathcore

Listen to real Grindcore such as The Berzerker, Napalm Death, and Early Carcass.

Thats Grindcore.

Back on topic, Those don't really sound like Hardcore very much.

Parkway Drive
Architects
From Dying Skies
The Devil Wears Prada
Sky Eats Airplane
(no specific order)
