"Tool Schism" Account Recovered Scam

alright hes grasping at straws now, fact of the matter is he recovered the account and paid less to me than what I paid.

Still scammed, still down money.

 

dude, please explain this. YOU WERE OFFERED THE REST OF THE MONEY ON FRIDAY. YOU HAD THE PIN SET ON THE ACCOUNT. YOU COULD HAVE AND STILL COULD RECOVER IT AT ANY TIME UNTIL THE REST WAS PAID. YOU CHOSE TO GO AGAINST THIS AFTER BEING OKAY WITH 450M in return

 

Thats the point of the thread homie. You scammed, you can still pay me now if you have the money yes? It is past that friday yes?

 

we agreed to 450m with me having my account back and the pin with the bank. you went against that

 

Regardless, still down the 50 dollars from the initial 300m in the first place buddy.

@Tool Schism You must refund the full amount that Nick paid for the account.

He literally wiped everything of value off the account that he didn't gain. (he had the account for just a week) he paid 300m, got 200m back from me and gain 200m+ from the bank. shouldn't that be the end of it?

i showed good faith and gave him 200m upfront without a MM involved and with my accounts bank at risk. and he chose to screw up the deal...

 

@Tool Schism The account belonged to Nick from the point you sold it to him, it was his decision to make.

You recovering the account before coming to an agreement with him because you wish you hadn't sold the account is not ok.

The amount you paid him is not equal to the amount he paid for the account initially, the difference is owed.

Please settle that before this report can be closed.

@Tool Schism Do you have evidence of the resale being agreed to with specifics? (Dollar/Gold amounts and time stamps.)

i have said it a few times already. The deal was he gets $100 upfront, i get back bank access of my account with the bank the way it is and he gets the rest on friday. He clearly didn't follow this.

the whole time he is hell bent on giving me proof the bank is still on the account, baiting me/holding it for ransom. Also consider the fact that this account is now essentially dead. he can recover the account at any time.

 

@Tool Schism You recovered this account from Nick's possession. I reviewed the chatlogs you sent me and the outcome remains the same.

You must fully refund Nick the amount he paid for the account.

Let me know when that is done.

but i have to say I'm disgruntled with your ruling, i know i went about it wrong but the fact that he can just drop items like full graceful and such and that be okay is sad. I wasn't scamming him, i sent him $100? so why else would i have sent it.

Looks like this is about wrapped up. FWIW, Tool Schism commented on a thread in the 07 subsection on July 15th [prior to the events occurring that led to this report] essentially trying to gain intel on recovery wars.

He then PM'ed me basically saying he was inquiring about recovery wars because he sold an ironman account with all of the creation info, but plans to recover it. I'm not a moderator, so I am posting this for informational purposes rather than including my opinion. I hope this helps.

He was getting refunded regardless. This was because after the fact of be refunded he can still recover and has even mentioned possibly still doing so.

I wa simply seeing if I can secure the account after this is all done.

Anyways. I bought crypto last night but my coinbase isn't showing the funds yet. As soon as it gets sorted he will be given the remaining $41 @Ember
