    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
    I've went through a bit of the users history, and it seems like he always makes up a new name & skype, uses proxies, has the same intrests and all of his banned accounts use the same pattern.

    One of his old banned accounts was 'Ronaldo 7' which I don't think is coincidence.
