Toggle option for participation miniranks

Bump. It seems having more than 11 miniranks will cause a second line to appear, hidden or not.

Matthew, can you put all participation miniranks in a group and allow us to disable obtaining miniranks from said group? The hide button leaves a giant gap where the participant miniranks are supposed to be, it glitches a lot.

 

I support the toggle for those who dislike seeing their own participation miniranks and are having issues keeping it removed forever, because it would seem like a nice addition for those on their own specific user. (based upon what they see)

However, I do not support that there should be a toggle to remove viewing all other users participation/miniranks, it would invalidate the reason of having those ranks, I like people knowing that I participate, I like to talk, therefore people having a toggle enabling them to remove seeing if I have miniranks, is unfair and selfish.

 

I have mine disabled and there seems to be no issue for me... Not sure what you mean

 

The option to disable showing all participation miniranks already exists, but the functioning is messy.

It depends how many you have. It will glitch and create large gaps of blank spaces. I will upload a picture later.

Or an option to disable seeing other people's participation miniranks?


Also I didn't mean you to show your an active-poster, but myself to show I am an active-poster.

The option to universally disable showing all miniranks already exists. If you go to usercenter/minirank manager, there is an option to hide all participation miniranks. The problem is, the functionality of it may go haywire depending how many you have. I'm suggesting to disable obtaining participant miniranks for yourself if you so choose. This does not mean to hide all miniranks. Hiding the miniranks is only respective to your own view, no one elses if they don't have it enabled.

As you can see, instead of creating one line of the miniranks I have with participant miniranks hidden, it creates the same amount of lines I have with it not enabled.

 

I mean, it shouldn't be too much of a hassle to implement.
Seeing as some users can benefit out of this simple function, I'll support it.
