Hello it's Me Not paying $20 btc

I won a $20 btc dice off Hello on Monday at 10:50 AM pst.

I constantly would message him with my addy etc, but he replies and doesn't pay.

On Wednesday night I post a don like I have multiple times, and I try to void it and demand my pay.


The first time, I forget to quote the roll so I do it again, and he "coincidentally" rolls while I void.

He couldn't have rolled at any other time, but he does it when he knows I want to void.

Anyways, he rolls a 36 and he wants the roll to be void and I go into discord and ask staff if it should be void. I didn't really get a clear answer but I just talked to Hello and since he wasn't replying (wow what a surprise) I did my own shit without him agreeing. I said it I roll above a 50 I'll vs you and lower than 50 I won't. I rolled lower and then I ask him to pay, but now he decides to argue and say that the roll wasn't void since it worked in his favor.


Tldr: lags payment for like 36 hours, tries to play rules in his favor to win $20

 

He posted 1 minute after you did (could be same time) so him "knowing you voided" is not a valid claim.

If you had issues with payment not being sent why did you ask for a DON?

 

He rolled one minute after me when he had hours to quote the previous DoNs?
I wanted a DoN but he took too damn long, like he does with payments.
I voided it for a reason, and if I had won that roll he would be crying about how it should be void like he did on Skype when he saw he rolled a 36

 

If you have issues about not being paid after a dice then you report the person you dont ask for a DON.

You asked for a DON and then voided the DON one forum minute (which could also be the exact same time) that he posted. If you had not done anything after that and asked the moderators for help you might have had a chance to void that.


However you knowingly rolled against him and accepted the DON. Presumabley because he rolled a 36 and you thought it would be an easy win.

It is also worth mentioning that as far as im aware DON's do not fall under the rule that people dicing while they are owing funds are not valid.
