    To whom it may concern

I'm just here to say a few things on the behalf of my ban which was 100% unnecessary.

Here are the reasons why it was

    1. It isn't against the rules to use another account that was created by another person.

    2. It didn't fall under the category of "Selling accounts", but if you think so, please tell me why I would buy an account that has a name I didn't like and 3 post count? If I was able to create an account at the time[Which I was not], then why was it my fault? I was new to sythe, was I aware that someone could create an account for me? Well I did ask the creator of "BGlave" to do so, but instead he gave up his account, which he had no ties too since it only had 3 POST COUNT. I've deleted those three and it involved in buying rsgp, I'm sure of. Go back to check yourself, in no way was the account no longer his once he gave it to me. He told me that he was going to create an account for himself anyways so I didn't bother.

    3. I had no reports made against me, nor was there any suspicious activity going on with this account.

    4. You guys create accounts for other people when they have problems, but does that mean that it isn't their account? Did he create the account? Yes. Has he ever requested to claim the account? No. I've been on the account since jan 2012. I've used the account and changed the password at the beginning of the year.

    5. The account belongs to me, not him. I use the account to post on, no one else does. So since it belongs to me it's mine.

    6. The account was not stolen, I wouldn't even know how to do so anyways.

    7. I offered him to create me a brand new account. He said don't worry about it, he then suggested I'd take his account instead. He created another account FOR HIMSELF. Why am I at fault here? Clearly in the rules of sythe, it says:

Users will be banned permanently for the following:

Selling your Sythe account: Self explanatory.

Now tell me a few things.

Why would I buy an account with a blank history and a name I wasn't very fond of?

Why would I even bother paying for an account when I could of gotten someone else to make me one for free?

Did I really buy the account if there was no exchange ties to it?

Even before keeping the account I looked through the posts to find out he hasn't DONE ANYTHING PRODUCTIVE ON IT. HE HASN'T INTRODUCED HIMSELF, OR PUT HIMSELF OUT THERE TO SAY ITS HIS ACCOUNT.

He wanted to buy rsgp, and I don't even think the trade was complete. He posted on Kodak's thread long ago.

So is it my account or his? Because if its his account and I've been posting on it for quite a while and donated $300 to it, why is it still his?

Do Ip checks for the account because clearly it's mine and will remain mines.

I just wanted to say a few things because I wasn't happy with the ban, I didn't really understand the need to ban me and if I had to be ban, it shouldn't be for this long especially since my ip is the only ip on the account for a years time.

    Thank you
