Can't say I could pick one without being in one long enough. I'd prefer just traveling to different countries and staying for a couple months in each, more or less depending on how much I like each.

 

Somewhere with a low cost of living. I make my money online so if I can cut my living cost down dramatically it'd be good. Somewhere with low taxes or taxes that aren't enforced. Friendly business and Internet laws.
