Cjmt905 AGAIN.

The other thing that came up with Cjmt905’s ban was that he had been ban evading even on the account Cjmt905 with a banned account by the name of Sinnerfold well with Sinnerfold he doesn’t remember exactly the date but it was like the 2nd or 3rd day of his joining of Sythe; he was hacked by a member by the name of Delicious or as in a post of Sinnerfold’s ([email protected]) and after he was hacked he was instantly banned for ban evading. This was his first week ever on Sythe and was no ban evader. It was simply the hacker who got his account banned for evading. If you look at Cjmt905’s + Sinnerfold they were both made on the same IP address but if you look at Delicious it is a different IP in the city of Miami. After the banning Chris made Cjmt905 to confront an admin about his banning in which he encountered a conversation with Sin666 and she had let him keep Cjmt905 for personal reasons; I have no chat logs or anything regarding this as this was a really long time ago, but, I promise this is the truth. Also, you may say that he is ban evading by creating Swamped now, but, Verts gave Chris the permission to create it since Spyike banned Cjmt905 for ban evading. I am asking that you please let Chris come back to these forums as he misses it everyday. He really hasn’t done anything wrong and shouldn’t be punished as severely as he has. All he wants is to have his Sythe account back & you may feel free to ban Swamped.

P.S: He really hasn't done anything wrong, he has not broken any rules.

A week later

 

He should have reported being hacked the day it happened. You also haven't presented any proof, so unless you do so I'd suggest requesting a pardon instead of creating a dispute.

 

What proof would you need exactly? You can pretty much see that the story is legit if you compare IP's & he did post a couple of disputes the day that it happened and Spyike just denied instantly.

Short Story: He requested a ban because the hacker had control of Cjmt905, then he came back to post for it to be unbanned after he regained control of everything, he was then unbanned like 2 weeks later from the post by Verts; a couple minutes later Spyike banned him for evading (Sinnerfold & Cjmt905).

Also, I doubt he'd be able to post a High Pardon because that is for people who have actually committed an offense and are admitting to it.

Someone PLEASE look at this. Last time Cjmt905 contacted me and was unbanned. Spyike wrongfully banned him again but I believe he was later unbanned. This person has been waiting patiently for weeks.

 

I'll take a closer look when I get back from school today
