    Panda misunderstood what happened. I never used that PayPal account. It belongs to a person I am friends with IRL. I have no problem paying the seller through my own PayPal account which is verified through my bank and has no limit. I can refund him if he was scammed two years ago by someone I associate with. Money is not a problem for me. I even mentioned my interest to buy a 2-digit Steam account from him. I feel the way he handled it was unprofessional but I understand his anger. The seller is free to contact me and resolve our problem. I offer to pay for the money he allegedly lost when my friend reversed the payment for a product he allegedly bought from him two years ago.

    If you never used the paypal account how did you end up paying with that exact paypal account?
