to all 99 farmers

how did you guys do it, im going mental its takes so long

if i was to do sorc garden and picked fruit how long would that take to get 99 farming this way?

6 months straight in sorc for picking herbs @ summer.

 

Currently, I have 99 farm. Well, 13.8m xp in farming. It took me nearly 4-6 months. I botted and also did by hand. It is a pain in the ass skill..

if i pick the fruit is that the same xp ?

 

Farming was designed to be the true AFKable skill. You plant some crops, then you leave for a few hours. It wasn't designed to be a grinding skill.

 

Yeah it takes long regardless, even if you planted Magic Trees and the best Fruit Trees it would still take a bit of time.

Highest I've personally gone to was to 80, then I stopped as I saw no incentive to continue, at 99 your crops can still fail on even the lowest levelled ones (I think they changed this/will change it?).

The cape is super sexy though, just plant every day and don't even aim for 99 and you'll see your levels growing, just plant before you get off of RS, harvest when you get on, repeat.
