The nicest and best mod on sythe. It's just that simple. I also have no reason to be biased so you know what I'm saying is truthful.

 

Had an issue with my username image, waited almost a day before getting told it has been denied due to some problem with the font. After getting it fixed, instead of waiting another day, Tmoe here processed the request almost instantly! What's more to say? The guy's a legend!

 

Small update for the next week-or-two:

I am going to be/am slammed with school work for the end of the semester so my activity on Sythe will be limited. I will be around and you are always welcome to @ or PM me on Sythe or Discord and I will get back to you asap. If you need anything, do not hesitate to contact me

Terrible administrator. Legit got unbanned on Sythe to get greeted by this abusive staff member.
To improve he should stop removing threads from the relevant sections, stop backing out of debates that he gets into and stop removing posts of people who agree with what I say. This was incredibly sad. The staff here should have just banned me until Tmoe gets demoted. Its a shame that SRB's don't exist anymore.

OT: Very solid so far Tmoe. Just don't get administratoritis (be active for the first month and then stop doing stuff, s/o @video )

 

1. I did not remove your thread, I moved your post that I told you not to post in the first place as the topic was not what you were replying to.
2. There is no more to say, you are providing fake situations about Matthew holding the Sythe database hostage if he does not get what he wants
3. Posting "I Agree" is not a sufficient post in a suggestions forum. The user in question has been spamming throughout the section and you need to justify your reasoning. Notice how his most recent post was not deleted because he gave a justifcation

First off how dare you criticise @video. Bear in mind if Video was to leave this site the whole of the Sythe staff team would fall apart.

First he posted twice. Once that he said Agreed and once saying I agree with what you've said both of them being removed due to your corruption. I support and Agreed are not the same thing.
Secondly my post had everything to do with personal information. You had me waiting for 3-4 hours to reply to my PM's and all my PM's related back to the relevant topic of personal information. Nothing is impossible. I base what I say off past history of Sythe (Finn and Shredderbeam).
Lastly if I hadn't posted on that thread you'd have never responded to my PM's.

 

1. HE DID NOT PROVIDE REASONING. I agree is not enough for a post to be considered substantive in suggestions.

2. Oh no! 3-4 hours! I have classes that are longer than 3 hours, I am not constantly checking Sythe and I would of responded to your PM whenever I got to it. You are not the only person that PM's me and I have multiple PM's I still need to respond to.
3. History of Sythe and events that occurred over 5 years ago. Seems really relevant

I am not interested in getting into some debate on my thread regarding your perception of my actions. If you have substantive complaints about my actions and their "corruption" PM it to other administrators or to Sythe. I do not care to have this thread spammed by you complaining about legitimate actions.

 

I said illegitimate actions. They aren't legitimate. All history is relevant. Your basically saying oh yeah Hitler can kill 6 million jews it was only like 60 years ago that doesn't make him a bad person. So nice justification.
Second you might have classes that are longer than 3 hours but you were still replying to my threads by phone when I was posting. Checking a PM takes 20 seconds. You instead decided to reply to my threads but ignore my PM's which has vital key information within it that shows that some administrators can abuse their power.
Finally I can prove such a statement and I have proven it as show above.

 

Good at dealing with reports and cleaning up the forums without taking it too seriously when having to deal with people like someone above

Last time i checked you were supposed to follow rules on site, not make them up as you go. Or if you do make them as you go have legit reasoning. Nigga thought BUYING stolen/hacked property is against the rules. I understand how its frowned upon, but if it's not directly affecting any member of this site you should probably stay out of it since its not in the rules to begin with. This admin doesn't seem to know the rules of the site that he volunteers so diligently for. Pretty sad tbh. Not a fan

Staff interprets rules with each-and-every case that does not clearly fit a set punishment. It is against the rules and I thought it was codified, but it is not; however, that does not change it from falling under blackhat and malicious activities. Real world examples never quite work, but in an attempt at comparison, if you bought a knowingly stolen car, that car would be repossessed and you would be imprisoned.

Talon's ban is shortened specifically because it had not yet affected a member of Sythe. We talked to Talon, ascertained why he bought the accounts he did (name release), and determined if any Sythe members were affected by the accounts. Knowingly purchasing hacked accounts is not an activity you should be participating in and falls well under what staff views as malicious activities. There is a reason individuals cannot sell hacked netflix accounts on Sythe and this is further extended to Runescape accounts.

As these cases are not all that common, we tend to examine each blackhat or case of malicious activity on a case-by-case basis, with different cases having different results. We have become much more lenient towards off-site activity i.e. blackhat rule change, but said cases are still handled case-by-case as seen in our announcement:
