Titusa is a scammer

I bought a mid game osrs account off him and he recovered the account within a week. I have been waiting for a refund which he said he would give me because he doesn't know what happened suuposly. I used Sound as the mm and I was scammed for 50m plus the bond I put on the acc

I went to the website idk how to work it tbh I'm on my phone but I have the screenshots

 

I have every screen shot to prove he's a scammer though I don't want the money just want the account black listed and him banned

 

It was 50m rip loser
