Tipskillz scammed me.

Explanation of the trade:

I was looking to buy 500 million osrs gp from him, he told me he was looking for btc and that he would sell to me at a 0.6 usd per mill rate. I tried sending him 300 usd worth of btc through bitcoin.com but there were fees associated with the transaction. He ended up getting 275 USD worth of btc and said that he would cover the cost of the 25 USD and still give me the 500 mill. He showed me through screenshots that the btc payment was pending and that he would send me the osrs gold once he could move the btc around in his coinbase wallet. I then asked him if I could purchase another 1 billion osrs gp on top of that (tbow was crashing like mad and I wanted to get in on that) so he said that he could sell me that much again at a 0.6 usd per mill rate in btc. I tried purchasing more btc but was getting declined by my credit card provider (the first time it was only accepted because it didnt recognize that the purchase was crypto so the payment went through). So I made a huge mistake, ended up going to a btc atm because I was new to crypto and was not able to purchase it anywhere else in Canada. The btc I got was was worth about 480 usd (the fees were a huge rip off, would never do it again ever). I asked him if I could pay the difference through paypal, he said yes (which was 120 usd through paypal) because I was having a lot of trouble obtaining btc. I then payed him 120 usd through paypal and the 480 usd worth of btc. So in the end Tips received around 275 USD in btc for the first 500mill and 480 USD in btc as well as 120 USD through paypal and return I have still received zero osrs gp. He has yet to reply to me in discord for over 3 days now.

Amount scammed: 1.5bill osrs gp at a rate of 0.6 usd per mill

How they scammed: They had me pay the money in btc and paypal and once I payed the full amount, I was never given the osrs gp.
