The problem is you're looking for a quantifiable solution to improve, when in fact there is no secret to getting better at League of Legends. Every game of league is different and the only way to improve is to play a lot. In the higher diamond echelons mechanical difference between players is minimal and is rarely the reason for someone being better. The reason people are better is usually due to their decisiveness and strong map control. So if you want to improve I would suggest you play a lot with someone that you get along with to develop a synergy. Practice aggressive map control and be decisive with every decision you make in league.

yeah I understand completely but the thing is I've got no one to play with that I can develop a synergy with.
Since most of the people I know quit since they started stressing about things and so on.
