Tippani's High pardon 3RD TIME!!!! ( F1st two pardons got NO REPLY AT ALL)

Hello, my name is Tippani.
Some may remember me when I started back in Feburary, 2013.
I was an active buyer/consumer on sythe, as well as participating in events (Connect - 4 etc)
However at the end of Feburary 2013, I encountered problems with a virus on my computer.
I requested a "SELF BAN" which of course was approved. I did this in order to, just in case anything does happen to my account. No one would get hurt.
After a few weeks, I got everything sorted out with my bank, computer etc. I then came back to request a pardon for my self ban.
However, for my 1st try and 2nd try. I have always been ignored. Always.

[Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:]
During the self ban, some payments were delayed to sellers, one of which was zippyGFX (who made my vouhce signature) He contacted me a day after, I told him to not worry I'll get this sorted out right away.
Within 1 day, I got everything sorted out with my bank and he received payment. He was pleased, as well as others who I took their service.
(I'm a new friendly guy, slowly starting up on sythe, here is my vouche thread (which i was starting up at the time)

[Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:]
I do remember myself thread evading once (on an event page tournament). It was a one time thing, and I regret doing so. My lack of humour and actions in doing so was immature.
That is the only other thing I can think of that I have done, which is considered bad or inappropriate.
If I have however done anything inappropriate to anyone, please allow me to sincerely apologise to you.

It has been 1 year+, This is my 3rd time asking for a pardon, The 1st and 2nd time. I did not even receive 1 reply saying 'no' or 'yes' on any of the pardon threads.
I guess its either I didn't write up right? or uhhh no one cares. But then again, all this mess is by all means my fault in the first place.
Therefore i cant blame anyone, except myself.
