Agree with suicide, The change u will get p-mod is very very low!
He says he does like 3 recommendation's, so I think its impossible to get p-mod!

Only very trusted player mods can successfully help, I wouldn't pay him chances are very very tiny.

 

if your recommendation doesn't work, and we don't get the pmod status from Jagex, you should ensure our money back i think of 2M or however much we paid you
