Scam Done:

I have been trying to sell them an account,
I recovered account twice because he said password
didn't work first time then I tried login it didn't work.

So I recovered account first time,
gave him a new pass and soon as I gave it to him
the login didn't work again.

Second time I recovered account
I took pics of my login with the current pass
that I gave him
minutes later login doesn't work again.

Clearly he now has 3 valid login passwords that he personally changed
that I gave to him which will help him recover account easily
along with all the extra info I gave him about account.

I have not recovered account since 2nd time he has changed the pass so the account is in his custody since he did pay for it.

Each time I tested pass and logged in when set a new one,
each time it worked. The third time I even took pics
of being logged into it.

I don't see any scams taking place. If you have a screen shot of him logging out right after you give him the info, please make a new thread.
