Time consuming, yet rewarding

There is an AMAZING armour out there for 1 Defence Pures. I could imagine that if you were willing to put lots of time and effort into aquiring this armour, you can easily win stakes with armour on. It would take me ~20 Hours to get armour close to the stats of mithril. Shoul i do this?

Well if it gives you a edge of course. In any stake you want the upper hand even if you have to slave away to get a small boost.

Btw, this should be in Runescape General, since it is related to runesape and is a general question.

and losing it in pking after farming it for 20 hours is just insane.

 

Not every stake is boxing or mage boxing. Everyone has a different style of staking and some choose to wear armor, I personally have seen plenty of users stake with armor

If you're gonna stake, then go for it.
