Not to be rude, but are you going to buy a diploma afterwards, too? This will hurt you more than it'll help you.

 

I highly recommend that no one helps him with this, as you'd essentially be helping him commit fraud. Its highly likely that his parents are sending him money and if he is faking documentation that means he is ripping them off.
