    WiFi Question ?

Hey guys, so i have a dumb technology problem. Just moved into my first appt and I dont know exactly what i need for wireless net. I bought this router " http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00BU...ds=TP-LINK&dpPl=1&dpID=41zwnlbl6QL&ref=plSrch " and after getting ready for TWC, realized i need a modem (?) too? Would this product " http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B012I...cher+cr700&dpPl=1&dpID=41tdPXIl-UL&ref=plSrch " do both things at the same time, a modem plus wireless router? Sorry dont know much about this.

TWC will supply you with a modem that has the wireless router built in.

With a modem though dont i have to directly hook my mac up to the port? Plus i have to lease their shitty one for 8/month where i live. I'd like a far better one anyway. I just dont understand every device i need.

Most service companies will give you a modem that sends out wifi. But if it doesn't you could connect your Mac via Ethernet cord. There wouldn't be a need for you to buy a wireless router if it's already a Wifi Modem
