I'm going to post a video showing current leg size and day 1 workout, same with day 90. It doesn't start until the 2nd, which is tomorrow

Jack claims to have been skipping leg day since day one same as me. This comp is to see who can gain the most lean muscle within 90 days. Which is why we are measuring on day 1 and day 90, his legs might naturally be bigger than mine or vise versa, but that doesn't mean the one with the bigger legs at the start will win. My legs aren't that small either I just had no motivation to do legs, but now I do.

what split are you running Lean?

I'll be doing legs/abs every 4th day, rest on 5th - repeat. Doing this if I stick to the regiment 100% I should hit legs 18 times. I'm on the frugal time working out at home however so I don't have access to a squat rack, it's just what I can muster with a bench with the leg attachment for extensions & hamstring curls, dumbbells and a barbell.

 

my split : legs monday, upperbody tuesday, cardio weds, legs thurs, upper friday, sat & sun rest
