This is insane.

Basically, Tyro banned me for "Scamming Mints". Long story short, I made a trade for three mint cakes. The other person, didn't want to make a WU account, or do the trade by snail mail- so he asked me to give the cakes back. I compiled with his request. HOWEVER, he still a still of me declining the trade (If you read the chat log (MSN MIND YOU AKA CANNOT BE USED AS PROOF) he was doing the hitpoints cape emote) from when he was doing an emote. I traded him twice, resulting in me declining. Than, I realized I had the mint cakes banked. I again declined the trade, and went into my bank to get the mint cakes. His evidence against me, is the picture of me declining the trade TWICE (DUE TO THE ABOVE REASONS). Even though right after those two trades, I got out the cakes and refunded him. Than, I talked to Tyro about it on MSN. He decided he would BAN ME, unless I returned the cakes (which I already did return) to the seller. He said, he would NOT ban me for 24 hours, provided I could get THREE MORE CAKES, in addition to the ones I returned last night to give to the seller.

So basically, he banned me after 15 minutes- never gave me a chance to get the cakes, and now he won't talk to me on MSN. Plus, this is all bull because I returned the cakes last night, after our deal didn't work. I do not see how one picture of me declining the trade, (ONE TIME BY HIS FAULT) is evidence against something I didn't even do! Also, he credits that I wasn't appearing in the picture...IT IS BECAUSE I WAS TALKING TO THE BANKER!

Even if you're going to try to say I scammed him, (COMPLETELY NOT TRUE.. I HAVE BOUGHT 90 MINT CAKES IN THE PAST 3 DAYS- ASK ANYONE I PURCHASED FROM, THE TRANSACTIONS WERE ALL SMOOTH, FAST, AND EASY WITH NO COMPLICATIONS) I was never even given the opportunity to conform to Tyro's demands.



That is basically my dispute... I have no idea why Tyro did this to me, and why I was banned for the worst evidence ever, by a scammer (LESS TRUSTED THAN ME MIGHT I ADD) trying to double his mint cakes.

 

Do you have any evidence that you gave the mint cakes back? Maybe your chat logs with the person where he says "thanks" or something? If you do, before you go and take the screenshots, make sure we can identify that the email you were talking to is in fact the other person's.

 

Motive: Extra mint cakes.

 

...He obviously wouldn't admit to lying than, if you threatened to ban him.

So, instead of trying to get extra cakes, he left it how it was, and said he got scammed instead of admitting + being banned.
