Hey my account Captain Howdy was banned a while back and I wasn't sure why but I had already sold all of my accounts so I let it go.
Anyway, I'm here to dispute it because it's come to my attention that having that account banned is messing with my brothers chances of getting his account unbanned.
The reason the account was banned was for posting a thread wondering if I could get into trouble for having someone send me a lot of money on PayPal then I would spend the money, give them an account and let them take the money back. This would put my PayPal account into a negative balance but nobody on Sythe.org would have been scammed. Now the reason I posted this thread is because I wasn't sure if it was against the rules to use this site to scam other sites and I wanted to make sure it was OK before I did it. If someone had just told me it wasn't OK then I would have never done it.
That's why I'm disputing, it was a permanent ban that I don't feel was the appropriate solution to the problem. Other people might have the same idea I did in mind and could go around completely blind of the rules, if you would have just posted on my thread "Yes it's against the rules" others may have been educated also.
One more thing, I would have gone behind your backs ban evading if I knew it was against the rules (Well, I personally would have never done anything against the rules, just a scammer in general). I don't think I would have posted that thread if I knew it was against the rules and wasn't genuinely curious, do you?
