[Priority] Tradd's Ban

- Reason for ban: http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=5545127&postcount=2 (wasn't aware that asking for a phished account was against the rules, as that thread was up for awhile - and if it was against the rules, i would have expected it to be locked)

- Reason this is unwarranted: I just checked the rules, and it does not say that asking for a phished account is against the rules - in any shape or form.

- Other information: I really would like to have a chance at re-joining the Sythe community, as this ban was unwarranted, and in my time here I have never scammed - only contributed positively.

 

Well, since you put priority in the title, I guess this must be important!
