    This is a serious problem.
    Jagex doesn't send out emails, keyloggers can do anything on someone's computer with the right information "logged", call your CC provider or bank and ask them about it, etc.

    Flame war/conversation settled.

    You can get a keylogger without looking at prn...Its as easy as msn...
