Offsite scammer who has account here

Opening this on behalf of my CC leader, ZenacOne (who doesnt have an account here). He's a nice legitimate guy. He trusted the wrong guildy today and allowed Callooon on his account under Callooons innocent/false pretences. He then cleaned ZenacOne and kicked everyone from the CC. Ignored further replies and chats. Callooon was/is apart of our CC Discord server, which is how I linked him to here.

He cleaned 44m worth of gear, supplies and GP. We have no definite proof to show what wealth was on the account before he cleaned it, but we do have what "suggests" was on there. Proof and chat transcripts are below. Please let me know what else may be needed to bring a little justice.

Although we have no definite proof of the wealth taken, hopefully the above shows what is suggested that was taken.

Even though Calloon didnt really implicate himself in the above exchanges, he didn't defend himself either. Other than, "??". Zenac just wishes to give as much as he can to the dispute. Even if the above means little, I hope it helps none the less.

Edit 2. A continuation of the in-game conversation and a vouch from another CC member that R agged did indeed kick everyone from the CC. I can personally vouch that I had to rejoin the CC as well, as I too was kicked.

The reason people was kicked from the cc was people crashing at the blast furnace...

 

Okay awesome. So by your own admission you kicked everyone.

You were on his account for 15 minutes, took all his wealth, and kicked everyone from the CC - on your own account since you were a general. You then advertised your own CC while denouncing Zenac, who did literally nothing to you but make the mistake of thinking you were a trust-able person and allowing you onto his account to have some fun. Essentially, you confidence scammed him.

Feigning ignorance in the in-game chat also helps show guilt.

Edit: You can still make it right by giving him back his wealth.

 

Alright so after reviewing this whole situation with other Staff members, there is nothing we can do here. I understand the screenshots of the conversations between Callooon and Zenac tend to put Callooon at fault but all around these tend to be claims rather than hard evidence. Here are a few points that were discussed and led to the decision.

There is nothing to prove the original wealth:

• You gave us a "wealth suggestion" but to have something solid, you would need an actual bank picture showing the funds.

There is no hard evidence suggesting the said user cleaned the bank:

• Yes he had access to the account, yes it happened right after Zenac gave him the account details but there are too many variables in play for us to put Callooon guilty, not to mention other parties had access to the account which makes this even more difficult to pinpoint user in question.

There was no TOS/agreement beforehand:

• Now this is one of the most important thing here, if specific terms were discussed before handing the account details, ie user will be held responsible if anything happens to the account, you'd potentially have a case here but because nothing was discussed, there is nothing we can do.

With that being said, if you end up finding extra informations that could potentially overturn the ruling here, feel free to make another report, otherwise this will be dismissed.
