@Sir Felip07 Want to explain where you got your thread layout from

 

Checking his post saw he vouched for a GFX guy who made him an ‘awesome page’ and vouch was made 1 minute after he posted his threads.

So if this ‘gfx’ guy is making layouts and graphics with another user’s templates he should be TWD’d

• Plagiarism: Plagiarism (including the ripping of GFX and RS/User Education Guides) results in a 1 month ban.

 

I’ve never sold my layout and never will, I made it myself just for my own uses.

If whoever made it asked first, I would have come to an agreement, but that didn’t happen, he just edited it to his needs, that’s plagiarism.

Did YOU make the thread layout? And then the GFX guy copied it and sold it to another guy?

OR

Did the GFX guy make the thread layout and sell it to you, and the again.

 

I believe is this one, this @Johnson guy sold @Sir Felip07 a layout which is just an edited copy of my own thread layout

Just need to wait for @Sir Felip07 to see what he has to say about this

 

@Johnson how did you acquire this layout when @Spizz is the one who made it and gave no one permission to use it?

Although the content is different, there are some glaring similarities.

 

felip07 told me he wanted a similar one. so i made one from scratch on photoshop. i can send the photoshop file to prove its all made from scratch.

im truly sorry @Spizz. i didnt know. he just asked for a smaller version of this.

 

As somebody who provides services in this area you should know better. Even if you did make this from scratch this looks like a recolor with different text.

Positioning of layout, background layers, contact information, hell it even is copy pasted in the wording for some areas.

Please provide proof that felip asked you to make a similar layout. @Sir Felip07 can you remove the thread layouts and come to a conclusion with johnson to get a layout that isint a straight rip from a different user

When a customer ask for something to be done in a way, it should be a guide, not a copy paste, as you’re basically making money of my design without giving me credits/money.

User @Johnson made a 2nd layout, he changed a few things but its not now 99% alike, you’re free to use that one, Thanks.

As this seems to have been an honest mistake and things were resolved quickly and professionally im opting not to ban Johnson 1 month for plagiarism.

Although this is what the rule states, the staff team would like to see me work on my "grey" area and not being so strict with the written rules.
