This cop is TOUGH!

The punch was instinct and the bitch got what she deserved, don't resist arrest he is an officer of the law, when he tells you 20 times to put your hands behind your back you do it no matter what you dont whine like a bitch the whole time then bite the officer.

He had every right to punch the shithead in the face after she bit him, what if she had aids and she cut through the skin, who knows what she has. He did a good job controlling that bitch.

Also the pepperspray was needed because even after the punch she was wailing and didn't seem to calm down, the officer did not want to take any chances.
