Is soul wars faster xp than regular training?

lol. Is it smaller XP like in PC [Much like slayer is for soul wars now] or same XP as if it were att/str, etc.

Because if it's normal it'd be ridiculously easy

15 xp per zeal at 1 prayer, where as attack/strength/defence are 29 xp per zeal at 1. Slayer is only 7 xp per at 1 slayer haha
