    Robotz in Disguise has the best MTA bot, and has the lowest ban rate of all bots. The bad thing about them is that you have to buy hours, which means when you're out of hours, you have to buy more. If you want something that'll last you a lifetime, try buying the one that they offer at RSBots.net. It works just as good.
