Think this appeal will work?

Ok, i have been recently banned for macroing, my 1st appeal was done by one of those pro appeals, epic phail.

So, this time i submitted my own, tell me if you think it will work:

1st attempt: (by noob)
"I have recently been receiving messages from "Jagex" stating that there has been a 3rd party program that was released called RSbot that was legal, i tried it and not only infecting my computer with a virus, it also banned my account. Please jagex, please, let me have my account back, even if i get it back with 9.9 black marks. I have learnt my lesson and have already read up about protecting myself in the future.

After that i was notified i was eligible for a second attempt:

2nd attempt:
"Ok, my account was keyloged, explanation follows:

I downloaded a runescape help tool (wich is 100% legal, all it did was it had highscores built in, items database built in, along with a irc applet and quest helper) it loaded runescape.com so I used this program for a few days with no problems, when one day i found my password had been changed, I then contacted customer support (of the program i was using) and i still haven't received a response today, So instead of working all those skills back up, i simply quit runescape, But i wish to play again, so i made a recover stolen password request (which was accepted overnight) and here i am today trying to get it un-banned.

I am very sorry for the trouble my negligence to safety has caused, but please understand, it wasn't i who used macro'ing program on my account, i simply recovered it and found it was banned for macro'ing. If the account is un-banned i promise i will never use a 3rd party program (for runescape) again."

Do you think attempt two will work?

Well, if they check the ip addresses of last login, and it matches the same ip from your 2nd last or last last login, your screwed.

 

Made me lol. They do check things like ip addresses like the person above me said. You won't get it back bro.

 

My ip changes every time i reset my internet, so, no, its not the same ^^

 

Wrong. You must not know anything about computers eh? Well, first of all, the ip that changes everytime you reset is the static IP.

The dynamic IP will never change unless you get a new service. Jagex looks at the Dynamic IP.

 

static ip is what my router does, dynamic is isp, this changes every time i reset my modem, i can be banned from something and all i have to do is reset my modem and im back in.

 

But when Jagex looks at where the ip is coming from it will be from the exact same city. Which would be a coincidence that whoever stole your rs account lives in the same city and Jagex will catch that.

 

Same city is to broad for any real proof for anything, mine is routed to Lexington, which is probable the largest city in Kentucky.

 

I don't know why you're arguing, lol. Regardless of what you say, they know you're the same person that logged in, and you won't be unbanned.

it WILL NOT work. they do check I.P on things such as this with the Hijacking team at jagex and also they can see your old appeal, you stated YOU used the RSBOT and now your TRYING to say SOMEONE ELSE DID? Epic Fail.

I don't think so. If you're a member, you might still have a chance.

no, and jagex does read appeals, you have to be kind, use correct grammer and spelling and on a marco offence ur changes r 99% no.
