You shoud be able to do it bring purple sweets also guthan is recomdend but not necesary also if you have cash to blow i would suggest k xbow it will be easier and faster kills for you at your level then diamond e for jad also if you have full voidit would improve your chances immensly

Look at some tutorials before entering the caves, learn the moves of all creatures in the cave.
